Gerry is an amazing host. Everything was laid out perfectly clear for us. VERY Happy with our stay and cannot wait to come back. A stay Appalachian is a wonderful getaway with clean air, nice people, great food and lots to do in the area. Not to mention the 3 heated pools at dif temperatures. 122 is really convenient to go to the pool and lobby/elevators/parking garage. WISH we should have stayed longer. Until next time!! Gerry sent me a list of links to do around the area which was very helpful!! Overall on a scale of 1 - 10 I rate Gerry an 11 he's that good!

The stay was enjoyable and overall the place was clean. Gerry is a great communicator. A couple of minor issues were there were hairs in the bathroom wall and a dirty plush blanket that we had pulled out of the closet. For that exorbitant cleaning fee we’d expected a bit better but overall it was nice and description as listed.

The accommodations are very comfortable. A great location for our visit to the Sterling Hill mines and the Franklin Mineral Museum.

I highly recommend Gerry's place! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, and the patio with direct access to the pool was a huge bonus! The pool was great, (heated as promised) and was large enough for many guests to enjoy! Although we didn't use it, the kitchen had lots of utensils, dish wear and cookware to make a meal. Accessing the apartment and parking was easy. Gerry was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

We liked the place overall

Our recent stay at this resort condo was terrific. Our event team was in town for a bike race at Mountain Creek Resort. The convenient location of this condo made it a perfect accommodation for our team. It was just the right amount of space and the rental itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Gerry was friendly and incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met throughout our stay. We can't wait to return to this condo again for our next mountain bike event at Mountain Creek Resort.

Great stay!

The unit was nice and clean. It was great to be able to go in/out the patio door to access the pool and grounds without having to walk through the inside of the hotel. Communication with Gerry was good and very detailed. The only negative was the noise coming from the bar i.e., loud singing, talking Friday night (until 2am Saturday). The unit is close to the bar so the noise is quite loud if someone is trying to sleep in the living room sofa bed. It is only faint though, if you are in the bedroom with the doors closed. Overall, it was a great stay.

This condo is lovely. Very clean and in a great location. Check-in was a breeze and communication was prompt. I would 100% stay here again.

This is the second property that we rented from Gerald. Accurate listing, very clean, a lot of helpful information was sent before check-in, enjoyed the outdoor patio, the pool, and the hot tub. Family got the rest and relaxation most needed. Will definitely recommend..

Great condo! The condo was well equipped and just as pictured. Location is great, too-- super easy to get to the pool and slopes through the patio door or down the hall through the lobby. The arcade was fun and the hot tubs were so nice, especially at night. Gerald provided all the necessary information, plus more, ahead of the stay, making check in and check out super easy. We would definitely stay here or in one of Gerald's other properties again.

My family and I have stayed at one of Gerald's property many times. Gerald has great communication including helpful tips. Clean units with a great location. We will be coming back!

The place was nice for our family and the location had plenty of great outdoor activities. Warwick NY is a short and worthwhile visit also. Gerald was a great host.

We had a great stay in this one bed condo at the Appalachian Hotel. We stayed as a family of four-two adults and two kids 3 and under. We were able to put the baby’s pack n play in the very spacious bathroom with no issue. There’s a little fridge, bath tub, shower, pull out couch in living room, little patio. And the hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tubs and a little arcade. Perfect for our weekend getaway w the family! The Pochuck trail is a nice little boardwalk walk with a cool bridge to check out. Nice activity to do.
