Gerald’s place is lovely. It was great to have a kitchen. We enjoyed the amenities (heated pool, hot tub & explored the area, which has tons of places to hike. Gerald was extremely communicative & helpful. Would love to stay there again!!

The condo was nice and location was good. The bed was quite uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, so we didn’t get a good night sleep. Gerald was pleasant. I would only say that I felt overwhelmed with the continued communications, sometimes minutes apart from each other. We were visiting the area for the evening to visit family. We were not there to ski. There were so many notifications with continued requests, information, and checking up, that it was hard to relax especially since the only way to communicate is through the Airbnb app and WiFi was spotty.
We’ve stayed in 8,000sf homes for a week and received less communications from the host. My only recommendation would be to simplify communications and keep all details to 2 or 3 emails and update the bed.

The Condo location is beautiful and the outdoor amenities were wonderful as well as easily accessible. Gerald was a gracious host who promptly responded to concerns and questions. It was somewhat an off-season visit without the snow which made the experience feel exclusive and high-end. Staff were friendly and engaging and the accommodations were satisfactory.
The beds were a little firm for our taste. However, that was the ONLY thing less than perfect. This is definitely a bargain for your buck!

We loved this place! As a family of 4 it was perfect for our needs. We went to Legoland and it wasn’t too far of a drive. It was lovely to come back after Legoland and relax in the pool. Definitely bring your own pool towels, but other than that it was absolutely perfect.

Last minute trip, even added a day, condo was as described. Pool amenities were not available as described ( said it was year round, it was closed) and my code stopped working hours before check out and we were locked out. If it wasn’t for someone in maintenance I would have been outside a while with all my property in the space.

I had an amazing stay at Gerry and Arlene's mountain resort. The location was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the king-sized bed and the fireplace. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Gerry and Arlene were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their instructions were very clear, and they also provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. The free parking in the garage was also a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as I pleased. Overall, I would highly recommend this mountain resort to anyone looking for a getaway with all the amenities. Thank you, Gerry and Arlene, for a truly unforgettable experience!

Best place definitely coming back again

Gerald send very accurate and succinct directions about the check in/out procedure. Unit 261 was exactly how described and pictured. Very nice weekend.

Overall this place was nice but definitely better options out there. Gerald was quick to respond and we had no issue getting a hold of him when needed. The place was clean but honestly just didn’t feel at home.

Used Gerald's place for a weekend getaway with a friend! We didn't use the slopes but had fun people watching those who did! Loved the fireplace, and the bed was very comfortable.

Wish the cleaning crew would have been a little more attentive in the kitchen, especially considering how much you have to pay as a cleaning fee.

Great stay! We had no issues. There was a stain on the couch but otherwise everything was good.

the apartment is clean and pleasant. Comfortable bed. we had a view of the ski slope. we had a lot of fun in the pool. We definitely recommend this apartment to the Airbnb community. My only suggestion is to review the check in information. I received many messages with information about the apartment from 5 different phone numbers. in addition to the long texts sent in the airbnb chat. This somehow ends up being tiring and confusing.

The apartment was extremely nice. I do find Gerald to be having so many rules. It was just a little overbearing with the amount of rules we had to follow. The mattress also was low quality so our backs were a little sore. Other than that, it was a nice little apartment.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful spot

Great little location on Mountain Creek slopes. Room has all the essentials. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There is so much to do in this area in all seasons - it's worth coming back at different times of year! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, but the pool was closed for maintenance. Be aware the amenities are not a guarantee.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was nice, but lacking some utensils. We had tried to make breakfast one morning, but found one of the only usable knives was not sharp enough to be used. The linen was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. Gerald was very responsive and gave well detailed instructions to assist in our stay. The on site amenities were great! We loved the bar and hot tub! All in all we enjoyed our stay!!

Had a great relaxing girls weekend at the condo. Enjoyed the afternoon at the Warwick winery. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for the weekend! Perfect stay in a quaint spot.

Great location if you are there to ski (right next to the ski lifts). The place was very clean and Gerry provided detailed information about checking in and things to do around. The covered parking space is nice since you don't have to worry about parking. Will go back next time going skiing there.

Best place to stay at Mtn Creek!

We really enjoyed being right on the slope, and take a short break from skiing in the middle of the day. Having a parking garage and outdoor hot tub was really nice also.

Absolutely loved this cozy spot!!!! The convenience of it all is amazing. We would stay here again!! On the first night, Gerald even checked in on us via email to make sure we were settled and okay. Wonderful host who cares about his guests! We had so much fun!!

Great location! The exit from the ski lockers was right at the bottom of the bunny slope, which was perfect for us as our children are learning how to ski! Also right next to the ski lodge! Clean and cozy! Would definitely recommend!

Such a cozy getaway for you and your loved one

Had a wedding in Vernon and the location was perfect it was right next to the venue. The condo was clean and everything was where he said it would be. It is a little of a way down the hall once you get off the elevator but you can take the stairs they are closer to the room. It was all in all perfect for a nights stay and had we stayed longer they do provide you with many amenities and communication is great, they really want you to feel welcomed and make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Gerald's space easy to find and was spotless on our arrival. His communication with check in instructions were very thorough and helped us get right into the unit. Very happy would def stay here again.

This is location is great for sight seeing! My husband and I ended hiking up the stair way to heaven and visiting Warwick’s winery & distillery. We had a great time. The Airbnb is very unique, clean and there’s a heated pool in the back.

We enjoyed our stay, the room looks just as it is in the pictures. The place was very clean, and check in was super easy. Our host was in constant communication with us and we were able to access everything with ease.

Gerald was super nice and informative but the people above ran around ALL night, stomping, running... Kept us up. I woke up at 2am at one point because a group of people were walking down the hallways being extremely loud and obnoxious. Pool and hot tub were open but you sign up for the hot tub in 15 min increments, we signed up and people were in the hot tub during our time... They just sat there staring at us making us feel uncomfortable that they were in the hot tub during OUR time slot. The person checking people in for the pool didn’t care at all.
Other than those issues which was on the hotel, not the renter... The room was extremely cute, cozy and clean.

Gerry’s place was fantastic and he was the perfect host. From pre booking to today (the date of checkout) Gerry was very responsive. He took the time to answer my questions, gave great suggestions, and even offered an early check in which we gladly accepted. We had a small hiccup with the code to the door not working on check in and within 2 minutes he had it resolved which was so appreciated. We loved having the kitchen as well as we were able to make lunch and dinner in the room in between ski runs, and Gerrys place had all of the cooking supplies we needed! If you need a place to stay look no further than Gerrys place! Will definitely stay again.
