The Appalachian is great and if you are going to Mountain Creek especially then this is it…you are steps away and it is so convenient. The hosts were great soo informative, always responsive, and the place was so clean. My boyfriend and I loved our stay for the night, so cozy, awesome place to hang after a day at mountain creek. Highly recommend this spot.

I stayed at Gerry and Arlene’s place for a night, and it was the perfect weekend getaway! The hosts provided just the right amount of instruction, making sure I was fully informed about everything I needed to know. The Airbnb was easy to access, clean, and exactly as described. It exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again!!

Local super prático para quem quiser usufruir do Ski Resort Moutain Creek. Os lifts ficam a poucos metros do Condomínio Appalachian. O quarto era igual ao anúncio, muito limpo e organizado. Comporta 4 pessoas. O colchão do sofá cama não é muito confortável, mas é difícil de achar um sofá cama confortável.
O anfitrião passou instruções claras do checkin. Não tivemos nenhum problema para acessar a garagem e o quarto.

We had a great stay. The place was warm and cozy and we had lots of family fun in the area. Gerry & Arlene were very detailed in their instructions. We felt at home for the night. Definitely recommend.

Always great to stay here - super easy check in process and nice to have the garage (after a day of riding or skiing you just roll into the garage and can go right up to your room). Nice place to stay, definitely roomy for a studio unit.

We’re so amazed with everything that we received! The host was very helpful and attentive, the condo was perfect and we loved our time there. It was a decision we made last minute and I couldn’t be happier with our decision! We’ll definitely be back!!!

The stay was ok over all.

The room is in a hotel/condo building that is rented out/air BNB'd out. This means that the hallways are a little bit noisey, you can hear others doors opening and closing.

This unit specifically is part of an AIR BNB portfolio that is rented out and consistently cleaned/turned over and re done.

We stayed on 8/25-8/26 and when we arrived late at night (10pm) the room was 76 degrees and the HVAC system did not work, i notified the host, and they had building maintenance come up and fix the unit, this took over 2 hours and and we were not able to sleep until midnight or later. To the hosts credit they did offer us another unit in the building to stay in, but the maintenance guy assured us he could fix the issue (which he did after about 90 minutes and running back and forth to the shop for parts/tools). It was not the best experience only due to this issue.

My family and I were looking to book a last minute holiday and came across Gerry’s place on Airbnb. We were beyond happy with the stay. Room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family holiday. The kids had a blast hiking the surround trails and using the pool/hot tub area. They begged to stay an extra night and Gerry was super responsive and accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay. Definitely one of our best air bnb experiences and we will be booking again in the future!

Gerry was really attentive and the experience was good! The location was perfect if you’re enjoying the waterpark or mountain creeks resorts in general. The condo was very clean, just with minor adjustments to make/fix (but in appearance and it didn’t necessarily affect the usability of the space). But overall I Would recommend and would be back again 🙂

The condo it was not that we suspect and the price it was very high for small space. Tv doesn’t work with youtube or Netflix and WiFi it was very slow from the building, many zones don’t work the phone stays without services. The condo doesn’t provide WiFi, we get instructed to still the WiFi from the building. What i can said more?

No dishwasher on the condo, the small fridge doesn’t work, the shower works both with tub and a tap, water comes on both two sides. We find hair females in few sections on the condo. The AC work part time whenever AC wants to work. Sometimes we was have cold and sometimes very hot inside. Anyway, I don’t recommend this condo to no one, but the building place yes. Pool and hot tub they were amazing. Place around and outside of the building it was so peaceful and lovely, I start missing already!

Gerry was very attentive the whole trip. He gave us recommendations where to go near by and answered to our every need. He had extra toilet paper which was a plus, as well as cooking appliances which lower the costs of having to buy food. The building is walking distance to mountain creek park, which I loved. We was able to go back and forth to the park as we pleased. I’d definitely be back & will be booking with GERRY every single time!

The facilities are really nice. The pool and gym were great amenities. The location is quiet and picturesque. The studio was perfect for our family of 3.

If you’re looking to do stuff around the Mountain Creek area, this is the place to stay. Very easy to park and get to the condo without hassle. Condo was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Gerald sends you all of the info you need to make the most out of your stay.

Have stayed at Mt. Creek plenty of times at different times of the year. Always one of my favorite spots. Geralds place was great..just as described, easy to access. There was a wedding going on so unfortunately we couldn't hang around the lodge, but went up the road to the Glenwood...awesome new place. Pool was great and warm temperature. Will stay again!

We’ve stayed at many AirBnBs at the Appalachian. This rental was on par with the others we’ve stayed at, which is to say great. You can’t beat the location if you like to ski and go in a hot tub. Parking on site is easy to access after check in. Shared pool, Hot tub, and Sauna in the back. Looks up to the slopes of mountain creek. Would stay again

This condo was the perfect spot for our last trip before school started. The kids loved the water park and my husband was thrilled with the mountain biking.

It was a really great vacation. The place is gorgeous, we loved the pool, the beds, the kitchen, and the views. It was perfect for our family. We already reserved for our 20th anniversary in December.

Absolutely beautiful property. You will truly enjoy this location.

This was a great spot for a little time away. The pool was nice, and the water park is walking distance and not overly expensive. Gerry gives a lot of suggestions for where to go. We went to Warwick to eat at ‘Fetch’ and then to another spot called Brick and Brew. Grocery stores aren’t far.
For me the bed was very firm and hard to sleep on, and I ended up on the sofa bed, which is the opposite, but worked for me. Gerry is very helpful and will be very responsive to you; he was for us. I’d come back with more people.

Simple. Easy to work with. Everything as expected. Very responsive if needed. stayed with Gerald twice and both experiencs were great

Accommodations met our needs! We visited over a holiday weekend and despite cold/rainy weather we enjoyed our stay. It was unclear what summer amenities would be open coming out of COVID restrictions - at least one hot tub was open during our visit which was nice. Fire place in the room was a bonus. Gerry provided a lot of great recommendations and was available for questions. Enjoyed exploring some great food options in surrounding towns!
