We had a great stay. The condo was everything we needed for our ski trip. Easy Parking, seamless check in, clean, 2 minutes walking from the ski lift! Gerry & Arlene sent all info needed so we didn’t have any questions during our stay. Thank you!! We will be back.

We had a great weekend! The room is get comfortable, the residence is very nice and the location is great with many things to do around!

We loved our stay! It was super clean, comfy (especially the bed) and well-equipped. Shower had excellent water temp/pressure. Our check-in/out process was very smooth thanks to the clear instructions provided. Parking in the garage was easy and free. I personally loved the convenient little touches in the unit like brand new dish sponge:). Overall, everything was perfect and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Gerry!

Very nice condo, plenty enough space for 2 people. Enough toiletries and cutlery in the unit. Amenities in resort are great. Gerry was very responsive and helpful. overall I would tell anyone looking to stay in the area to stay in one of Gerry's properties.

We had a wonderful stay at Gerry’s studio in the Appalachian hotel, the studio was super clean and bright with a mountain view. Lots of restaurants nearby the crystal cafe serves a great breakfast and the daily bean is amazing! We drove around and went to many of the recommendations Gerry sent over, they were great. Perfect for a weekend getaway if you’re based in NYC or JC. Little mountain town — Christmas movie vibes.

A short and sweet stay overnight at Gerry’s condo. The place was well maintained, clean and cozy. An excellent space to relax and enjoy some time with the hubby.
Didn’t realize the pool is heated and a long walk away so next time we will bring fluffy robes so we can go in the pool and hot tub.

Great place!

The place was super convenient to the event I went to NJ to attend. However the walls were really thin and both nights I was awakened by the noise of people in the hallway returning to their condos and the sound of doors slamming.

Beautiful condo with great amenities! My husband and I fell in love with Vernon after our one week stay. Gerald was extremely communicative and gave us helpful recommendations for places to eat and activities to enjoy. The Appalachian Trail is minutes away and we saw so much wildlife: deer, wild turkeys, groundhogs, snakes and hawks in just the first 10 minutes of our hike! The local cafe, The Daily Bean, has the best homemade baked goods I have ever tried. Relaxing in the resort pool and hot tub was lovely and never felt crowded. We will definitely be back!
