This beautifully appointed 2 BR 2 Bath condo is located at the Mountain Creek Ski/Bike/Water Park resort in Vernon NJ. It is lake front/side and has a deck, a gas fireplace, full kitchen, sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests
THE CONDO:
This is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom 2-bathroom town home within the desirable gated community of Black Creek Sanctuary located just across the street from the Mountain Creek Ski Resort.
As you step inside this beautiful rustic style home, you'll be impressed with the lake views, mountain-themed decor, and natural light pouring in from the abundant windows!
Take an afternoon nap as you cuddle up on the living room's traditional furnishings while feeling the warmth from the gas fireplace. After a long day exploring the mountainous surroundings, you'll love relaxing in the living room as you rest up for another fun-filled day!
The open layout leads freely to the kitchen and dining area. Have the group's chef try out new recipes as you relax at the breakfast bar. Take your dinners to the 6-person dining table where you can bond over your meal.
In the mornings, head out to the private deck for a warm cup of coffee as you breathe in some clean mountain air. Spend your day swimming in the community pool (summer), soaking in the hot tub, or telling stories around the community fire pit.
When you're ready to retire for the night, the condo has 2 comfortable bedrooms for you to choose from. The first bedroom comes complete with a plush king bed and flat-screen TV and is attached to its own bathroom. Those staying in the second bedroom will also enjoy a cozy queen bed and another LCD Smart TV.

We provide 6 pool badges and 1 parking pass (for a spot in front of or near the unit). Additional cars can park in general lot. Pool badges and parking pass must be returned upon check-out to avoid a cost.

If you find issues with the condo upon arrival or during your stay we need to know about it so we can address. If you tell us after the stay we did not have the opportunity to fix it so we will not accept and refund request.

We have a RING 24/7 video/audio security camera on the exterior of property. Its located at the front door (facing the street and door and showing the stair landing at the door entrance). This is a security cameras that is focused on the entryway and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home.”

Cancellation Policy
For SC,WV & NJ rentals:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days (30 for holidays) before your arrival date we can send you a full refund, minus $75 if paid with a credit card or pay-pal. This does not include any rental that is over a week. Any rental over a week will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. No cancellations are allowed for our condos in NJ if mountain facilities are closed since we cannot control the weather.
NC rentals: No cancellations permitted at all.
We highly recommend that you buy travel insurance.
Policies for all of our rentals:
No pets of any kind are allowed in the condo at any time or on the deck,patio,balcony, etc
No smoking inside the condo. This includes e-cigs
No illegal drugs inside the condo or on the deck,patio,balcony, etc
No parties in the condo or on the deck,patio,balcony, etc
No subletting of the condo is allowed at any time
Deposit Policy
A fully refundable security deposit is mandatory. But we usually only place a hold on the funds. The amount charged depends on the specific condo. This security deposit turns into a damage deposit once rent is paid in full. The hold will just expire about a week after your stay.

We loved our stay! The fireplace was so nice, the couch was comfy as was the bed. The tub is gigantic and relaxing. The balcony was very nice to listen to the wildlife at night. Being right over the sanctuary was so beautiful. The unit had a beautiful view and we were able to get lots of DoorDash options. We felt super safe being in a gated community that was clearly a family community. The pool was so warm! I actually swam and we were able to get two chairs and a table. And the smaller hot tub was open and a great temperature.
