We stayed at Gerry’s place and had a fabulous time. Although we spent most days out and about we did enjoy the amenities such as the pool and hot tubs. The surroundings are peaceful and the views of mountains are beautiful. The housing authority definitely has a lot of regulations such as always checking badges by the pool, no kids under 16 in the 100 degree hot tub, and if you want a bon fire you have to ask to them to start it.
If you travel 10 minutes you’re in Warwick NY with the most serene views, lots of vineyards, breweries, and live music venues. What I loved about it is that all the places are family friendly.
Stop by Pennings Farm and don’t forget to walk up the hill to the Cidery. Live music and awesome hard cider.
Oceane Vineyards is wonderful as well, delicious wines and appetizers. After drive over to Tin Barn brewery for some live music and beer.
We had a great time at Black Creek Sanctuary and all there was to do and see within the surrounding area.

community. Nice pool and grounds, and close to Mountain Creek, Crystal Springs, and Warwick area farm attractions. Perfect for a family getaway. Host was responsive and the place was well kept.

Great place, just what we needed for a few nights after a busy beach vacation.

I want to share my impressions of my vacation with Gerry. A gorgeous place, a lake nearby, wonderful nature, silence, everything is very clean, a very well-kept area, the pool area is thought out for a quiet holiday with children, the barbecue area is very convenient and cozy. The cleanest air, the nature is gorgeous! I would like to separately say about the cleanliness and comfort in the house, everything is there, very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay! Special thanks to everyone who creates this comfort for guests! ❤️❤️❤️?

Beautiful place for an overnight stay for people visiting Mountain Creek, which was walking distance from the house.

Gerald’s places are always amazing. I have stayed in a few of his airbnbs between the Appalachian and black creek! 10/10 recommend. Clean, feel at home, roomy and he is very proactive and responsive for anything!

Great place near the ski hill. Accommodations are clean. Perfect for ourselves and two teenage boys

Great host! Very responsive before and during our stay. The condo was clean and came stocked with shampoo/soap/dishes/pots/pans and soft towels
The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained, and the fire pit and grills were great added amenities.
The only downsides were (very minor!) the fact that there were a lot of bees swarming around the deck so we couldn't sit outside, and that the Keurig wasn't working. Other than that, everything was A+++

Gerry is a fantastic host. This area is peaceful, quiet and relaxing. 2nd time in one of his rentals. Everything is as stated. Lots of helpful information and host follow-up. Another great stay!

The place felt like home , it was nice and clean and well stocked with cooking appliances. The showers had good pressure and everything around the place was quiet. Gerry was very nice and responsive to all I needed . Deff will book and stay again that’s how much we loved it .. overall an amazing place deff something you don’t wanna miss out on and it was only a 1 min walk to pool hot tub and camp fire ..

Wonderful just wonderful. We hope we can return every time we are in the area. The little community is beautiful, lots of fun things to do, excellent food within minutes. And the condo is so beautiful, the views from the windows are peaceful, the beds and seating is comfortable. All the amenities mean you feel comfortable and at home from the moment you open the door. He also helped us with any questions we had before and during our stay. Truly a superhost.

Everything was great !

I stayed at Gerald’s home for the weekend and it was lovely. The house and the community were just cutest. The pool area was our favorite part. Would recommend to others.

The apartment was very nice. Host, Gerald sent us a lot of instructions on how to get to location and rules of the resort. He was very responsive when I had a question. We had rain most of the time we were there and weren't able to walk around and enjoy the pool or hot tub so didn't get to see much.

The stay was excellent! The condo is well organized and clean. Had all we needed for making some quick meals in the morning. The pool area is very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous and safe grounds. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

This space was great! We had our two kids with us and there was plenty of space, comforts of being at home, and the grounds were fun to explore

Gerald was a very responsive host. the property was absolutely beautiful, interior and exterior design was really enchanting, and all amenities were great! Loved our stay, highly recommended for families close to attractions and restaurants, 10/10 experience!

Gerald’s place was great, everything was just like the pictures. Is is a very nice spot for a quick getaway from the city. Checking in and out was pretty seamless and Gerald was very responsive. We highly recommend it.

Gerald's place was great, everything is exactly as shown in the images except the pool does look bigger in photos than it actually is, and minor issue with the water draining in one of the bathrooms.

It was still great, water levels of pool and hot tub were incredibly enjoyable. Scenery is amazing.

Would definitely stay here again 🙂

Best host and Place!!

Had a great day at Gerald’s condo. Super close to the mountain. Hot tub and fire pit were a bonus! Hope to come back soon.

Really nice, clean and cozy. Straight across from the hot pool after a days skiing. There is literally no cooking condiments, so remember to bring some salt, pepper and cooking oil along.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a nice quiet weekend trip. Perfect location right in the mountains.

A great little place to stay in a cool and quiet neighborhood and great location.

The neighborhood is beautiful. We loved the amenities. We did have an issue with the tub not draining and communicated this our 1st day. We were told someone will be on it in the AM. No one ever showed up, leaving us to use 1 shower for 6 people. All in all, the property and location were great but the response and lack of follow up was terrible.

Gerald has a lovely home. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Very safe as it is in a gated community - lots to do in just the community itself, a pool and also nature walks which was really nice. Geralds apartment is clean, and very cutely decorated. Would come back 100%!

Great location! Charming mountain decor. We really enjoyed sitting around the gas fireplace. Very cozy! A few minor maintenance issues, but all in all a lovely place to stay.

Great location. Only a few minutes to drive to Mountain Creek. The gas fireplace let’s off a lot of heat. The apartment was clean and the community was really nice. Would def stay again. Thank you!
