This stunning condo features over 1,200 square feet of living space making you and your family feel right at home. The living area with its high cathedral ceilings and expansive windows has breathtaking views of the lake and nature just outside. You might be lucky enough to view wildlife in the distance including deer and black bear.
Featuring free wifi, a 60-inch Smart TV, a 100 inch projection TV, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer, and fully stocked with towels, blankets, and basic toiletries, this property provides all the comforts of home and then some. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a toaster, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Gather with family or friends to dine on the deck or around the dining table in front of the fireplace while you take in wetland views. Before settling down for a quiet, peaceful night in the cozy queen-sized beds, take the time to enjoy the on-site children's pool, swimming pool and hot tubs, or roast marshmallows on the outdoor firepit. • No events or large gatherings in the condo or on the community grounds
• Guest who is executing the booking must be at least 21 years old. If you are a group of friend’s then all guests must be 21 year old or older.
• No food or drink other than water is allowed in the bedrooms
• No locals can book a stay unless they communicate with us before a booking is executed
• No more than 6 guests can be in the condo or on the community grounds
• All guests must agree to the community rules posted within the community
• Guest understands this is a self-check in rental and guest agrees they are willing and able to follow the self-check in procedures that will be provided to them before the arrival date.
ALL ARE WELCOME:
• "We welcome all races, religions, LGBT+ and everyone else, however, since we don't stay on the property, we don't host guests under the age of 21 unless accompanied by older family members."

If you find issues with the condo upon arrival or during your stay we need to know about it so we can address. If you tell us after the stay we did not have the opportunity to fix it so we will not accept and refund request.
Out condos are equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices. If you smoke or have a party/loud music you will be kicked out and will pay the necessary fines plus loss off deposit and no refund. Please respect the house rules.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you booked via Air bnb, the cancel policy is based on what the policy was at the time when you booked the stay. No deviation will be permitted under any circumstances. You expect us to adhere to the booking as is and we expect the same from our guests.
If you booked on our websites or VRBO or an of VRBO affiliated sites , the cancelation policy is what you initialed and signed off on noted on the rental agreement. All cancellations will incur a $50 fee plus 2 times the "credit card cost" if we did charge your credit card already even if its a legitimate cancellation. We cannot be expected to pay for the credit fees we incurred. The cc company charges us when we run a credit card and when we refund a credit card.
Deposit Policy
We will charge your credit card $100 when you book. This is to test the credit card. We will then charge the balance 30 days prior to your arrival date. We don't charge a security deposit on all bookings, even if there is one attached, but might only do hold charge at times.

I went to Gerald’s for a long weekend with friends where we could just relax and hangout. His townhouse was spacious and comfortable. The area was peaceful with nice places to walk around. It was the perfect stay for a nearby weekend getaway.

Wall sized projector, surround sound speakers, gramophone, piano & Apple TVs in all rooms with running subscriptions of all streaming platforms… even peacock!
Beds that can be raised, Jacuzzi tubs, plenty of games for kids and clean towels.

Gerald's place was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it! An oasis away from the city, it was magical, very quiet - the views out the back were breathtaking and the space was immaculate and meticulously decorated. The photos on the listing don't fully do the place justice, in my opinion. It was warm, rustic, modern and cozy. My daughter and I played almost all the games in the game closet, watched movies on the 100" screen with the fireplace creating such a cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms were huge and both bathtubs were a top-notch treat. We walked on the lovely trail out back and listened to music on the turntable from Gerald's collection of albums. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Check-in and check-out time were perfect. Many places have a 4pm check in and 10am checkout. Checking out at 11 gave us just enough time to not feel rushed. It was without doubt one of my favorite airbnb places I have stayed at over the years!

Vernon, NJ is a nice place to go relax.
Overall, the unit was spacious enough but unfortunately the place had a few problems:
1) The freezer of the refrigerator did not work. Host did reimburse for all the melted ice cream that we had lost
2) The AC in the unit went bad in the middle of our trip. Temperature inside the unit reached 82+ degrees and was difficult to sleep.
Luckily during the day we were outside or in the pool, but the unit needs some additional repairs to make it a worthwhile experience. I probably won't be back.
Host was responsive and answered questions on a timely basis.
Place was beautiful and right next to Mountain Creek Bike Park. It was super clean and comfortable layout. There’s a lot of rules, so a bit strict but most of them were around not making noise and being respectful of the community and space; we were there for a family vacation so not really an issues for us. Overall great stay.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a race and Gerald's place was perfect for the weekend! Between the cozy fireplace, a great collection of classic records, and a tv projector and screen we were set !! Gerald was a great host & very quick to respond. Location was close to a variety of activities & grocery stores. We couldn't have picked a better place in the area. We will definitely be back!

Gerald’s home was lovely. We spent the weekend mostly indoors and the TV projector suited that perfectly! The home was clean and exactly as Gerry describes in his post/pictures. Would stay again!
From the moment you step in, they have a shoe rack by the front door. Their bedrooms are cozy with many pillows on the bed for extra coziness. The living room has a balcony for you to step outside & enjoy. They decorated the living room with big pillows on the couches and a big projector screen to use. The bathrooms has complementary towels, soaps, shampoos & lotion for you to use. The kitchen has kitchen ware for everything you need, baking, cooking, blender, k-cup machine. Pots, pans & everything to make you feel at home.

We had a great time at Gerald's place. Enjoyed proximity to all the area has to offer in the fall. The house is really well kept - and the projector is a nice bonus!
This condo is spacious and in a nice community with huge outdoor hot tub available year round and grills within a short walk. The projector and screen are great for Netflix. Bed was clean and comfortable. Community was quiet, area has some local restaurants but not a lot of options. Access to hilking and scenic views.
Everything was great I loved the stay. So relaxing. I’m definitely coming back I can’t wait to in the winter. They have a 100 inch tv was amazing to watch movies on.

This place was really nice, clean and quiet. The place has a nice TV as well as a projector and a sound system which was great when watching movies/shows. Internet was good enough at 75mbps (for those who care) where we were able to game on our personal xbox console with no issues. Great place overall.
