Cozy, quiet, and chilling place. It's location proximity to Warwick and nearby farms is a plus!

The place is very clean and located in the corner of the building. The beds are very comfortable but we needed to ask for extra towels. The kitchen pots and pans are very much used and should be replace asap. Our host responded and addressed our issues immediately, which made our stay very enjoyable.
We love the surrounding and the location. Watch out for bears! We encountered one while walking in the forest.

Gerry and Arlene were very helpful, proactive with instructions and guidance for finding the condo and amenities. The condo itself was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. Beds were comfy, and the condo had what we needed. Master bedroom and bath were spacious.

This is a spacious and lovely condo with an amazing little outdoor yard that overlooks the forest! While we didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities, we adored the fireplace and kitchen for collective meals. The area itself is stunning with lots to do!

Loved our stay at this condo for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again. The area is perfect for our planned fall activities.

Great place! The building markers were a bit difficult to find because we arrived after dark, but not their fault obviously. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Main bedroom was very comfortable and the back patio was a nice spot to unwind.

So happy staying at your home, private and cozy, love the couch-bed, happy there was Netflix ?.

We enjoyed our stay with our young family. Gerry & Arlene were very responsive and helpful. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, community grill area, and nature walks nearby. I'd recommend staying here!

Gerry is an amazing host. He was quick to respond to all our questions. And when our Internet access had an issue, he went above and beyond to get it resolved.

The house is great and made staying with 2 adults and 3 kids relaxing. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful, and at 3.5' deep it was the perfect place to teach a 6yo to swim. The complex has gas grills to cook on and picnic tables as well. Mountain Creek Waterpark is a quick walk away and the Dairy Queen is about 1.5 miles away. All in all, this is a great place to stay in the summer.

We had a lovely stay at Gerald's place! The unit was clean and check-in was easy and smooth. Gerald was incredibly responsive and provided lots of details about the area ahead of time so we were able to settle in/find things to do quickly. It was the perfect spot for our group to enjoy New Year's!

Gerald’s home was the perfect 2-night stay for our group! We celebrated a wedding just 10 minutes down the road, which was super convenient and a wonderful place to come home to! It was clean, homey and just as it appeared in photos! We loved being on the end unit and having the extra yard space to the side. Thank you for having us, Gerald!

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a Gerald’s condo. It looked just like the pictures and it was cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately because of the rain we did not get to use the outdoor amenities like the hot tub or the pool. It was very easy to communicate with Gerald and he would get back to me quickly. He also made recommendations of things to do in the area. The condo complex was very nice and there was ample parking for all of the guests with the overflow parking lot. I would recommend staying here!

We have been to black creek sanctuary a few times now and love it! Great pool and facilities. This was one of the nicer units we have stayed in - very spacious and nicely furnished. Everything was great!

Gerald was very responsive to our questions up to and including our time at his rental. The unit was very clean, and our family had an awesome time at the local attractions!

Gerald’s place was large, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I would have given 5 stars EXCEPT, there are SO MANY RULES. Not just rules but what I found to be excessive day of communications (like 8-10 messages) outlining the many arrival and departure requirements, all the things we cannot do under penalty of fines etc. actually being there I would say that the vibe is way more relaxed in the community with nice people and space to do what we wanted to enjoy our stay.

Looking forward to going back again next year. We had rain everydsy, but found something to do with 4 kids everyday.

We had a nice time. You can only park one car but secondary lot is down the street.
All went well, easy in and out.
We did not use any of the amenities, pool and etc. but all was good.

Our family had a lovely time and felt at home in the condo. We enjoyed the pool and grounds very much.

Gerald's place was terrific. Warm and cozy. Clean and close to everything we needed. Very quiet and my family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for preparing a large feast for the Holiday. We will definitely be back!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Living area is very roomy and bedrooms/baths are good. We had a great time on the outdoor patio and the pool/spa.
I grew up about 30 minutes away and I've stayed at ABNB in the area before but have never had a host that provides SOO much helpful information about local attractions, activities, local towns, hikes, farms, etc with such a level of detail.

The condo location was perfect for a weekend getaway at mountain creek!

The gated community had a nice pool/hot tub and grilling area, which we utilized often. The amenities were very nice, clean, and perfect for our group of 7 adults.

My only complaint was the amount of messages I received from Gerald- i.e. there are a lot of a rules. He also reached out in regards to the amount of people in the condo, which had already been addressed as well as noise prior to the 10PM quiet hours.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The house is located in a very nice area. It is a short 3 min drive to the mountain (you can walk, but you are not going to do it with ski boots on).

This is a great option for a weekend getaway.

Gerald was a great host. He was very informative and very helpful! We had a noise complaint around 7:30 (music was playing a little too loud) but Gerald was very kind in just letting us know and we turned the music down right away. Overall this Airbnb was exceptional and very clean. Besides two things, not really worth mentioning as they are very minor and already let Gerald know. Will definitely recommend to and friends/ family that is looking to stay in this area.

A great location, great community, great unit, very relaxing and you have everything you need. Swimming pool, BBQ grill in the community common area.

We checked in after 11pm and made sure Gerald knew ahead of time (which he requests); however there are no instructions for what to do if you need help after 11pm as the office is unavailable.

We were given the wrong lockbox code and was trying to reach Gerald for an hr after trying the code over and over for 30mins. When he finally reached back out (via text not a phone call) he insisted that he gave us the right code and that we weren't doing it right. Seeing as though it was now 2am, he allowed us to stay in an open 3 bedroom unit and then refunded us for one day once he realized he did in fact give us the wrong code (probably the best part about that fiasco).

The overall experience gets a high rating because he accepted fault and responded with great customer service.

There should probably be some protocol for if guests are checking in after 11pm.

Great property and location for all that the surrounding area provides. So much to do all a quick car ride away or if just hanging out at the property the pool area is great .

Little bare in regards to kitchen materials but overall a pleasant stay. Comfy beds as well!

This Condo worked out great for my family. Having a space with bedrooms all on one level was just what we needed. Space provided worked perfectly for my 6 family members and gave us easy access to the places we wanted to go.

Gerry’s place is beautiful. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The beds are firm but comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. The location is great and convenient and yet feels like a real oasis.

The one thing I’ll say is this is one of Gerry’s many properties and everything that’s communicated feels pretty automated and much less personal than I am used to when staying at an Airbnb. I had asked for dinner recommendations and never heard back. In the end, it’s fine. We figured things out. Just don’t expect a lot of hand holding, warmth, recommendations, etc.

Thank you for the beautiful place. The neighborhood was peaceful, friendly and remote, even being so close to the water park. All the nature nearby made this so pleasant, and the home was in excellent shape and quite welcoming. Great work, we really appreciate the time we got to spend in your gorgeous home.

Our stay at Gerry’s place was great! I reached out last minute (1am the day of) and he had us checking in later that morning! The place was great, comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to the pool, and the privacy of the back porch was very welcome. Gerry was very responsive, and addressed any concerns we had very promptly. We would definitely come back here again!

Gerlad's place is great. We spent a long weekend, enjoyed the heated pool on the property. Super close to supermarket, ice cream, CVS, everything you need. Great hikes short drive away. Spacious place that is well kept. Definitely recommend it.

The best communication ever and Gerald’s place was perfect. The host could not have been more accommodating and helped us out of a horrible experience with another rental. He responded immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if returning to the area!

Very nice house. Communication with Gerald was fast and he has a lot of information on what to do around the are.
The house is just 4 minutes far from Mountain Greek by car so if you have ski plans, that’s the place to go. Clean house and was perfect for two families. It’s great because you don’t have stairs so it’s kids friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Gerald’s place was much bigger than we expected it which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for our group who were skiing at Mountain Creek. There were some minor issues with ski storage/missing parking passes but Gerald was really helpful in communicating through quick responses and helping us out. Would definitely recommend staying here!
