Spacious 4BR Pet‑Friendly House Hot Tub Game Room Close to Legoland & Mtn Creek

Beautiful property!!! The house is immaculate and comfortable. Perfect for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to visit again. The hosts were so kind , communicative and welcoming!!!

The house is roomy, private, with beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. They provide so many amenities (grill, hot tub, games indoors and outdoors) in addition to having ample bedroom spaces and smart tvs. They offer great recommendations for the Warwick and Vernon area, if you want to explore. We're from fairly nearby and our family didn't want to leave!

Had a great time at this peaceful stay. Hot tub was perfect on a starry night, the kids enjoyed all the games, and the house was in great condition for our family reunion! It was also conveniently located to Legoland, Stormking, and lots of interesting eateries.

The location was fantastic — very convenient to LEGOLAND New York Resort, which made it easy for us to enjoy our day trip with the kids. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the home was a great retreat after a busy day of activities.

The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, and the property was well maintained. Everyone in our group, both adults and kids, had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway in the Warwick area. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay at the house - the house is tucked in a private area and had lots of entertainment came with it without needing to go outside. Hosts are responsive and friendly.

The things that Gerry and Arlene need to concentrate on related to this home is the stair railing at the bottom of the stairs on the Dining room side. It is quite loose and could be a hazard for some elderly guests that need a banister that is secure. The Dining room chairs have problems in that the back, which is one piece including the rear legs that attaches to the seat has either loose bolts or the attachment points for the backs to the seats are stripped. This is a safety issue that when you lean back the back gives way like a recliner.

The back deck and the seating are not very clean so sitting outside was not something we wanted to do!

This clean and peaceful home was the perfect place for our family’s trip. The beautiful surroundings and hot tub were a plus. Great to have 3 full bathrooms when multiple adults stay together. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was very comfortable and slept our group of 8 nicely. We enjoyed the cozy living space and pool table.

It would be nice to provide towels for the hot tub.

My fiance had his bachelor party weekend here and they had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect and the house had everything you could think of! They had great communication with Gerry & Arlene. Definitely would recommend this place!

My family had a terrific stay, we booked fairly last minute while the kids were on spring break to do a day in Legoland (fairly close about 20min ride). The house was perfect for our needs and plenty of space, beautiful yard and surrounding area. Gerry & Arlene instructions were very straightforward and nothing negative I can think of 🙂 We’d highly recommend for families looking for a space to feel at home while away.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean home. Well stocked. Bedrooms are huge. We didn’t get to take advantage of the hot tub because it was too cold at night. There was a bunch of outdoor games (giant connect 4, axe throwing) that my kids were entertained by. Brand new pack and play with a very comfy mattress. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beautiful property with beautiful sunsets. We had the pleasure of a large group of deer visiting each morning. There were also two turkeys roaming each day. We had a great stay. Our kids loved the bean bag chairs. We ordered the same ones on the way home.

We had a fantastic stay at Gerry & Arlene’s in Warwick, NY! It was a perfect mix of being outside of town, in a peaceful surrounding(so many deer!) and being close enough to take a very short uber or drive in for a meal. The home was warm and welcoming and was perfect for our group of 5. Multiple places around the house for fun activities(pool, ping pong, tv, hot tub), so there was never a dull moment. Hosts were helpful and responsive before the trip, but we had no need to contact them during because everything went so well! Thanks again!

Me and my group had a very pleasant stay here. The views and house were beautiful. We had plenty of great amenities as well like the small coffee/hot chocolate bar and a large selection of seasonings to cook. We also really enjoyed the pool table and other game tables that were located upstairs. We also liked how close it was to Mountain Creek. The hosts were very responsive to our questions which was helpful as well! We would definitely recommend booking here.

Great place. We came with 2 families with kids aged 8-11. Everyone had a blast sledding outside, playing pool, ping pong etc. Plenty of hot cocoa and the marshmallows they provided was a nice touch. House is very clean and clutter free. Would definitely recommend!

Was very clean and big and spacious for a big family

From our initial contact through our last communication Gerry &Arlene were the consummate hosts. Gerry answered several pre-visit questions within minutes. From the completely stocked kitchen to the preset dining room table, we felt immediately at home. Gerry personally insured that the hot tub was full and ready to got. The pool table was set up for play.
Every bathroom stocked with towels. I cannot recommend Gerry and Arlene’s house strongly enough. Warwick has an over abundance of charm. The entire area is very beautiful. The house is 10 minutes (if that) from Warwick. A few more minutes from Mountain Creek Resort.

Out of five stars I’d rate their house a seven.

Gerry and Arlene are excellent hosts! They attended to all of our needs in a positive and professional manner. Their beautiful home is only a 15 minute drive to Mt. Peter, so we were able to enjoy a day of skiing. I truly got to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy all of the charm of upstate New York in their stylish home. I definitely recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean, had what we needed to cook, and was very quiet and peaceful. The host communicated well and responded quickly to any messages I sent. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the pool table. There are grocery store and restaurant options between 10 and 15 minutes from the house. The hill going to the house is steep, but we appreciated that the host has a company to plow when we had a snow storm. All in all, a great stay that we would recommend for groups that don’t mind being a little farther out in the country.

A great place for a weekend away - quick to get to from New York City, and the check in and check out process was easy and straightforward. The hot tub was lovely, and we enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen. Everything was clean and as pictured on the site.

We had a wonderful stay at Arlene and Gerry’s place for our family getaway celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday! The home was perfect — comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Arlene and Gerry were incredible hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

After we left, we realized we had accidentally left a watch behind, and they went above and beyond to quickly coordinate its return without any hassle. That level of kindness and responsiveness truly sets them apart.

We loved our stay! Been coming to Warwick for over 10 years and this house had tons of space and the location was very convenient to get to everything we wanted to within 10 minutes. Also an amazing view to wake up to every morning.

This spacious Airbnb on a quiet dead-end street was perfect for our multigenerational family of 8, with lovely views and daily deer visits, which delighted the kids. Extremely convenient to Pioneer Farm for our wedding events, and to Warwick downtown, it beat cramped hotel rooms hands down. The house was spotless with comfortable beds and a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen. However, there are areas for improvement: needs more hooks, storage and surface spaces for clothes/toiletries, the bunk bed was unstable, and the "game room" off the master bedroom disappointed our grandkids with undersized ping pong and defective foosball tables.. The numerous "no trespassing" signs and barred patio doors felt unwelcoming. Despite these issues, it worked well for us and the hosts were responsive. And we all loved the hot tub!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is very cozy and thoughtfully prepared — everything we needed for a great time was there. From the fresh clean air to the billiards, tennis, and table football, everything was provided for a perfect stay and fun activities. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!
