It is very difficult to allow our guests to check-in early due to COVID19 cleaning standards and since it is highly likely that someone is checking out of the condo the same day that you are arriving. As such, the housecleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. However, if a guest is not departing the condo on your arrival date we should be able to get you in earlier than 3 pm but we will not know unit the morning of your arrival date. So text us then.

Unfortunately – we do not ever offer late checkouts. It is highly likely that someone else is checking into the condo the same day you are checking out. As such, the housekeeping staff needs every minute possible to prep all 22 units for the next guests. Please depart by 11 am as agreed upon.

Unfortunately, no. The community has a strict “No pet policy” that is enforced. Also, many of the owners have severe allergies and can go into shock. You may not bring a pet of any type. Any evidence of a pet during your stay will result in 100% loss of your security deposit.

We supply what we call “STARTER” sets of amenities and at some point you will have to visit a super market depending on your length of stay. Remember you are renting a condo not a hotel room. Our “STARTER” sets will usually include a few rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo and 2 bars of soap per bathroom, about 4 k- cups to make coffee and can also include dish soap, sponge, 1 roll of paper towel, some napkins, possibly a few water bottles, coffee amenity packets, and popcorn depending on availability.

If you paid with a credit card on our booking sites or on HomeAway, VRBO, Expedia, we only placed a hold on the funds and it automatically expires within 10 days. We never actually received it. If you paid with a check we will return it asap but within 7 business days after the departure date.

Yes as long as its open and only during the posted hours of operation. Any after hours trespassing can result in a fine of $100 per person. You will have no access to any amenities over at Minerals, Crystal Springs, Grand Cascades or Black Creek

Appalachian: We use a digital lock and will email you the code ahead of time

Black Creek: You will retrieve a gate code and the front door key is in a lock box outside the condo door.

Appalachian: 1 and no more. You can park more cars across the street at the Mtn Creek lot when space is available.

​Black Creek: 1 but you should have plenty of parking for 1-2 more cars in the large lot located along the entrance road.

Black Creek – in the large lot inside the gate. There is plenty of parking there

You can absolutely pay via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Processing fees will be added.

Yes. We do not provide them

Go to the Appalachian front desk and ask them to “COPY” the key cards. We also might have extras hidden in the condo

The answer is NO as we are not affiliated with either of them. 

We rent our condos out and have nothing to do with the ski resort and we also have no idea what brings you to the area so the cancellation policy is still in play.
