It was absolutely amazing and quite just what we wanted.The house is breathtaking.

Was very clean and big and spacious for a big family

From our initial contact through our last communication Gerry &Arlene were the consummate hosts. Gerry answered several pre-visit questions within minutes. From the completely stocked kitchen to the preset dining room table, we felt immediately at home. Gerry personally insured that the hot tub was full and ready to got. The pool table was set up for play.
Every bathroom stocked with towels. I cannot recommend Gerry and Arlene’s house strongly enough. Warwick has an over abundance of charm. The entire area is very beautiful. The house is 10 minutes (if that) from Warwick. A few more minutes from Mountain Creek Resort.

Out of five stars I’d rate their house a seven.

Gerry and Arlene are excellent hosts! They attended to all of our needs in a positive and professional manner. Their beautiful home is only a 15 minute drive to Mt. Peter, so we were able to enjoy a day of skiing. I truly got to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy all of the charm of upstate New York in their stylish home. I definitely recommend.

Our group really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean, had what we needed to cook, and was very quiet and peaceful. The host communicated well and responded quickly to any messages I sent. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the pool table. There are grocery store and restaurant options between 10 and 15 minutes from the house. The hill going to the house is steep, but we appreciated that the host has a company to plow when we had a snow storm. All in all, a great stay that we would recommend for groups that don’t mind being a little farther out in the country.

A great place for a weekend away - quick to get to from New York City, and the check in and check out process was easy and straightforward. The hot tub was lovely, and we enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen. Everything was clean and as pictured on the site.

We loved our stay at Gerry and Arlene’s place! The place was much bigger than we even thought, and the beds were so comfortable. The woodsy surroundings made our stay so peaceful. It was perfect for our family trip, and Gerry and Arlene were so friendly and accommodating. Would book again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Arlene and Gerry’s place for our family getaway celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday! The home was perfect — comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Arlene and Gerry were incredible hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

After we left, we realized we had accidentally left a watch behind, and they went above and beyond to quickly coordinate its return without any hassle. That level of kindness and responsiveness truly sets them apart.

We loved our stay! Been coming to Warwick for over 10 years and this house had tons of space and the location was very convenient to get to everything we wanted to within 10 minutes. Also an amazing view to wake up to every morning.

This spacious Airbnb on a quiet dead-end street was perfect for our multigenerational family of 8, with lovely views and daily deer visits, which delighted the kids. Extremely convenient to Pioneer Farm for our wedding events, and to Warwick downtown, it beat cramped hotel rooms hands down. The house was spotless with comfortable beds and a fully stocked and well equipped kitchen. However, there are areas for improvement: needs more hooks, storage and surface spaces for clothes/toiletries, the bunk bed was unstable, and the "game room" off the master bedroom disappointed our grandkids with undersized ping pong and defective foosball tables.. The numerous "no trespassing" signs and barred patio doors felt unwelcoming. Despite these issues, it worked well for us and the hosts were responsive. And we all loved the hot tub!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is very cozy and thoughtfully prepared — everything we needed for a great time was there. From the fresh clean air to the billiards, tennis, and table football, everything was provided for a perfect stay and fun activities. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. Everything was spotless and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great place for a group on a work trip. Plenty of room for 4 guys. Lots of interesting places nearby. quality hosts. Clean and easy.
