We are resort condominium owners at “Appalachian Hotel” (our name for the building) & The Black Creek Sanctuary in Vernon New Jersey who offer our amazing condos for rent without any of the booking fees found on Air B & B, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, VRBO, Expedia, and Home Away. Our condos are personalized and well cared for as we take quality control seriously. We offer Studios, Studio +, 1 Br, 2 BR and 3 BR condos to meet any of your vacation requirements. Our condos have HD LCD TVs that allow our guests access to their own APPS like Sling TV, You Tube TV and Netflix, etc.
We list over 20 + condos that are a part of the Mountain Ski Resort in Vernon, NJ, where you can ski, snow board, snow tube, mountain bike, or enjoy the water and zip-line parks. (We just cannot say the name of the resort for trademark reasons). There are also nine nearby golf courses, riding stables, wineries, craft beer shops, outlet shopping (Woodbury Commons) drive-in movie theater, farms, farm stands, barns and of course the Appalachian Trail. We are also just a short 17-minute drive to the historic town of Warwick,
NY with lots of dining and shopping choices.

You will enjoy beautiful condos and the specific onsite amenities each complex has to offer, including free parking, pools, hot tubs, game room, and fitness room when they are open.

THE MOUNTAIN RESORT
The Mountain Resort is located in Vernon NJ within the Kittatinny Mountains and has something for everyone. Whether you seek the thrill of gliding on snow at the largest ski area in New Jersey, plunging into the world’s tallest and only double-looping water park slide or descending the East Coast trails of the Mountain Bike Park, there’s no shortage of exciting activities to leave you with family memories that will last a lifetime.

BLACK CREEK RENTALS
This gated community is located just across the street from the Mountain Ski Resort and The Appalachian and is a beautiful peaceful location. Its nestled along side a lake where you can fish for various species of fish including Bass and Bluegill and launch your kayak or canoe. Select from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos.
All units here have large floor plans, full kitchens with full size fridges, gas fireplaces, deck or patio, washer/dryers, plenty of parking, and beautiful views of nature
Black Creek amenities include:
