Mtn front condo with amazing views Appalachian @ Mtn Creek - pool - hot tub -340

Wanted to get away for the weekend and Gerry’s listing was perfect. Clean, modern, and a seamless check in process. Was exactly what I was looking for and the surrounding towns (especially Warwick) had many delicious restaurants.

Great stay at mountain creek! Place was beautiful and air bnb was very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it was a great experience.

Perfectly located by lots of fun activities. Gerry was helpful and offered great recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony offered beautiful views. The pool and hot tubs made this stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in this roomy, well equipped condo. We came here as a couple to relax and go to the waterpark. The condo was clean, roomy, nice kitchen and had a comfortable bed. The balcony was a +. The pool was nice and heated. The waterpark was a 2 minute walk away. If you don’t want the hassle of the big crowded waterpark locations, come here. We got a Groupon for the waterpark & it was only $30 per person. And it’s a great waterpark.
Ate at The Glenwood which was excellent and made breakfast in the kitchen both days. Many other restaurants and cheap options nearby.
This would be a fantastic deal for a small family, as there is a pullout couch. There is zip lining, an extreme bike park, shooting range, sunflower maze, 2 wineries nearby. Also it’s pretty close to Greenwood Lake for water sports. We opted out just to relax. Def will book again in the future for these activities. I’m thinking it would be a great place for winter sports too. Book it, you’ll enjoy it

Garry is very detailed and communicative. The place is great. We enjoyed the water park, pool and mountain biking on site. The weekday wasn't too crowded. Would recommend!

Gerry made our stay very accommodating, minus the weather (which he has NO control over lol). He was very responsive when we had questions, not many because he detailed everything so incredibly well. His condo was very clean and felt like our home away from home. We would absolutely stay in one of Gerry’s spaces again. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

What a Beautiful view, I was very impressed with renovations, this space very warm and peaceful. Generous size bathroom, The shower could be better but was clean. We were was happy with our stay, my girls was really enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We would definitely do it again. Thanks Gerry!

Gerry’s condo is a Gem! Clean, spacious, and cozy with lots of amenities and things to do nearby. Would def stay here again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerry’s suite at Mountain Creek. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the balcony was in a great spot in back with a view of the pool (I did a lot of reading out there). There wasn’t a full fridge but it actually fit a lot more than I thought it would. Gerry sent a lot of helpful information up front and over the stay. It was a long walk to the main elevator but I didn’t mind it so much. One thing I didn’t think of when looking at the pictures, there was no dresser or anywhere to put clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases.
We would definitely go back!

This was the PERFECT getaway from NYC & Gerry communicated instructions clearly. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend planning a stay here, especially during offseason. The pool, hot tub, and balcony views were an added plus!

I've stayed at a few different condos...Gerald's rentals are always clean...and this place is just beautiful.

The location boasted a fantastic view, excellent staff, cleanliness, and tranquility, exuding a charming atmosphere.

Gerald was great to deal with.

Gerry was very helpful. The place didn't have working HVAC during our stay but provided 2 portable heaters and with the gas fireplace it was more than enough to keep the place nice and warm. From the balcony had a good view of Sugar Quad lift and the mountain so you see skiers and snowboards come down.

My partner and I enjoyed this beautiful condo. Gerald was also very responsive and proactive. If I needed or had questions about absolutely anything, he helped a ton.

Perfect spot for a solo study and writing getaway. Host very responsive and easy to work with. The resort is currently undergoing some light renovations, but this unit is freshly updated, and very nice. Pool area is great, as are the slopes.

Gerald was a great host! Super friendly! Place looked exactly like the pics. The balcony had great views of the pool/jacuzzi and of the ski mountain. Place was warm and the gas fireplace was a lovely touch! The outdoor jacuzzi was the best part.

I had the pleasure of staying with Gerald previously at the same location in a different unit. This unit did not disappoint. I had recently sold my home and was in need of a monthly rental. I stayed at the Appalachian for the month and was welcomed by great staff at the front. Gerald was always responsive with any questions I had for him. My son and I very much enjoyed the heated pool in the snow! I easily accessed and enjoyed the gym at the facility a few times each week which was empty for the most part and gave need lots of privacy to work out with television and a beautiful view of the grounds. My favorite part of the experience was the extremely comfortable king size bed and soft linens and cozy bedding that was top notch! We enjoyed the TVs in each room. the view from the room was great watching everyone come down the slopes. Parking was always available. A second elevator was located to the back of the lot which made the trip to the room only a few doors walk! Recommend!!!

great place, beautiful location. It's quiet, good sound insulation especially. Make sure you bring a gallon or two of water for yourself.

Geralds place was just like the pictures! We had a great time. It rained most of our stay but we did get to enjoy the waterpark for a little, it was fun! Beergarden's food is so yummy! Try to chicken tacos or Mac &cheese egg rolls. The jacuzzi was wonderful and open until 11pm! You'll need coins for the game room and laundry but everything else is cashless!!

The unit was clean, comfortable and as described. Gerald seemed friendly and provided very detailed instructions (although some were inapplicable, which led to some confusion). Overall I was pleased with the stay.

Gerald and his condo were great. Clean, modern and just as pictures show! Even when we ran into a minor fridge problem, he was prompt with getting back to us, and solving the issue! The 2nd to last day we lost power - (totally out of his control)- and didn't even know, because we were at the pool - Gerald alerted us right away and told us he was aware of the power outage in the area. We cannot wait to venture back to this amazing little get away! I would HIGHLY recommend it - Also I never slept so amazingly in my entire life!

Condo was as advertised. Condo #340 is a long walk from the elevator, but the views and quietness was a plus. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Loved this resort! Fun place to visit that’s really close to the city. The apartment itself checked all the boxes. Unfortunately the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly - it looked clean to the eye, but my feet were black after five minutes of walking on it! I contacted the owner and he immediately sent a cleaning crew to remedy it, which I very much appreciated. Otherwise the place was immaculate and I felt very comfortable there. Would definitely go back.

Everything was beautiful just a couple of things were broken in the condo before we got there. Also communication wasn’t so great. Besides that beautiful get away we are definitely looking forward to going back again.

Great place to go in the summer. We came with 2 little kids, and the place was great for us. Loved how clean was everything. Loved the pool area, specifically at night. You can go by foot to the waterpark, and bring all food/drink you need for the day. The communication with Gerry was awesome. We had ZERO problems, and really enjoy everything. If you have kids you should Consider have a breakfast at Granny’s Pancake House and visit Tomahawk lake waterpark. For sure, We’re planning go back in the winter to see all the place covered with snow

Great host. great communication and help. i would always return again to the apartment alone. its cozy and clean, comfy... fresh air. i went on a funny time of year. it is nice in the summer or a winter to ski.. its a good resort... 1 hr away from home. deffntly will return.

Wonderful little condo on a great resort. Really appreciated how the kitchenette was equipped with pots, pans, and tools. Enjoyed an afternoon of skiing which was so easy to do, ski lodge that offered rentals was right next door and mountain was right there!

We had a great stay. Gerald was super responsive. The place was clean and exactly as described. Check in and check out were super simple. The view was spectacular. The balcony and the living room were in direct view of the ski lift and the hills. I can just imagine how it looks during the winter. You could also see the pool area from the balcony.

The one drawback was that, on weekends, it can get a bit loud in the halls late at night, which you can hear in the rooms. With a ten month old trying to sleep, it was an issue a couple of times, but nothing too serious. I don’t think the noise would be an issue for anyone else.

All in all, highly recommended.

This was a perfect getaway location. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The instructions for checking in and out were clearly explained and easy to follow without any problems nor confusions. There were also so many great things to do in the area like snowboarding, skiing, swimming, horseback riding etc. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet escape from the city.
