Unexpected relaxing time. Especially since this condo is situated in a resort community. Definitely will be back. But next time with our kids and grandkids.

This condo was AMAZING! spent the day over at Heaven Hill Farms, and went back to this beautiful condo! The condo is very cozy, has lost of space, and its very cozy! I would definitely recommend to everyone and i will be planning our next Ski trip here! Thank you Gerry & Arlene for the amazing stay!

Great place with nice views and our kids loved the heated pool.

Would do 4.5 stars if we could but rounding up to 5 because we got a great donut recommendation from the hosts.

Place is as described and photos are accurate. It’s a bit of a strange vibe—condos packed in almost like hotel suites—but it’s fine.

Our only issue was the mattress, which we didn’t sleep well on. It’s not super comfortable but it’s not completely terrible either, just sort of overly firm and a bit springy.

If you’re looking to get away from the city but don’t want to drive 3+ hours and don’t want to break the bank this spot will do you well. We might return, but would maybe bring a mattress topper and some extra pillows.

Great place to stay, easy to find and check in

I have traveled many places, but this place is absolutely cozy. The view from the window was amazing, and if you walk, then on the corner not far to the right of the pool you can find a bar and a good restaurant. Everything was top notch. I recommend!!!! We will definitely come back!

Great location for Mountain Creek Ski resort, but we came for the water park, which is right next door. We have 2 under 5 years old and it was a perfect place to stay. The pool(s) is great (large pool, “warm dip pool” the kids loved, and a hot tub) elevators from parking garage straight to floor of our room made load in/out easy. Convenient store on lobby floor if you needed a drink or snack.

We had a moment with the fridge which required a reset, but Gerry was support responsive and accommodating.

This is our second time staying in one of Gerry & Arlene’s condos—and honestly, we are planning to come back again next week, in 3 days! ??

The resort is exactly what we need: relaxing for the adults, fun for the kids, and filled with good energy. Our kids are always the first to make new friends, and every trip here turns into a collection of happy memories (and tired, sun-kissed children by the end of the day).

Gerry & Arlene make the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and has everything we need.

I’m not sure how I’m supposed to recommend this place more… maybe just by saying: book it, enjoy it, and don’t be surprised if you find yourself planning your next stay before you leave! ❤️

Highly recommend this condo, especially if youre planning to ski/snowboard at Mountain Creek. Gerry sent detailed directions before arrival making check-in easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the mountain. Convenient location - the lodge and ski lifts are only a quick walk away. Great spot for a quick winter getaway from NYC.

If you are debating booking, do it! Amazing view of the mountain and a beautiful condo to go with it. Everything was super easy with Gerry and Arlene. Would definitely recommend!

First, place was immaculate and perfect for our needs. Excellent accommodations. Second, I wanna say our host was amazing. Late night we decided that we wanted to stay another day and Gerry could not have been more gracious and helpful with that. He is a superhost. So both the property and the management get A+ from us!

The Appalachian #330 was a perfect spot for a short stay while visiting family that lives in the area. While we weren’t at the unit very much, we were able to enjoy the incredible amenities of the facility including the heated pool and hot tub. The unit itself matched, if not exceeded, our expectations based on the listing. It was also filled with unexpected amenities like dish soap, Keurig pods, bathroom soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Accessing the unit could not have been easier and communication with Gerry couldn’t have been easier. I would certainly rent this unit again in the future if staying in the area.

We loved our stay! The place was just as advertised and it was the perfect peaceful stay that we were looking for. Gerry was an excellent host! Very responsive and easy to communicate with. When we had a slight issue with the fridge, he had it resolved within minutes. When we asked to update our reservation (to stay longer!) it was set up within minutes. Great place and great host. The on-site staff were also very friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay again.

Gerry was very responsive and messaged back immediately when asked any questions. The handle came off a door and immediately when I texted him he responded within a minute and had a maintenance guy in the room within 15. U have never received such great service and care. The room was perfect spotless and was a great location!

Stayed over the weekend to ski at Mountain Creek. The unit is at the resort with a nice view of the heated pool and the slopes. Clear instructions, clean 1bdr unit that has what you need.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Gerald’s places, and it was just as clean and comfortable as before. Gerald is very communicative and an excellent host. I would note that to access this unit, it looks like you’re entering a hotel. The parking garage is down a little hill past the main hotel entrance. This part was a little unclear to me upon arrival in the evening. Everything else about accessing the unit was very clear and smooth.

Had a great stay at Gerald's place. The space was clearn, well organized, and felt at home.

This was a great place to stay for the Spartan Race weekend. We had enough room for the pack and play for our son and the bathroom space was big and pretty cool! It had the bare minimum that was needed for us. I definitely appreciated his response time in getting back to me which was very short. I would definitely look to come back here if I need the space or wish to visit in the winter.

My family, friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Gerald’s home. Such an amazing and beautiful location to bring your loved ones to enjoy the scenery and enjoy the outdoors. Those days exceeded my expectations. We loved the balcony and the pools were an extra treat! Such a comfortable home, really hope that we will be able to come here next season God willing! Overall a great time! Gerald was very responsive and gave us great recommendations on what to do while in town! Resort was peaceful and quiet which was a plus! View from the room was the ski mountain and pool! 10/10 would go back again!
