Lakefront 2BR Condo Across from Mtn Creek | Black Creek Sanctuary #09-23M

What a beautiful home this is. It’s very spacious and very well decorated with very comfortable beds large bathtub and really nice projector screen if you wanted to watch movies. The whole home is very well done and has lots of nice touches like toiletries and different things that you might need. It’s the perfect location for going to Mountain Creek and we definitely will be coming back to stay

The house is pretty and Gerry&Arlene responded very quickly, love it. However if you want to enjoy skiing and don’t have a car, be cautious. Since the shuttle bus didn’t work and we had to walk almost an hour per day with carrying all the ski equipments.

This home was very lovely. I was so surprised when I walked inside my fiancé and I had an amazing time and plus it was very close to Mountain Creek, which was a plus for us. I would definitely come back next winter.

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing.

(We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Great home base for skiing at Mountain Creek. The condo had everything we needed and Gerry provided clear communication throughout. Thanks!

The condo is in a quiet location with beautiful surroundings. The check-in was easy. The place was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great place! The condo was exactly as described and centrally located to the Vernon/ Warwick area. I enjoyed my stay at this place and will definitely consider booking again for my next trip to the area.

If you’re going to mountain creek to ski, this place is practically in walking distance and has everything you could possibly want for a vacation. Will book again next time as well.

I went to Gerald’s for a long weekend with friends where we could just relax and hangout. His townhouse was spacious and comfortable. The area was peaceful with nice places to walk around. It was the perfect stay for a nearby weekend getaway.

Ask and it shall be given!
Wall sized projector, surround sound speakers, gramophone, piano & Apple TVs in all rooms with running subscriptions of all streaming platforms… even peacock!
Beds that can be raised, Jacuzzi tubs, plenty of games for kids and clean towels.

Gerald's place was absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it! An oasis away from the city, it was magical, very quiet - the views out the back were breathtaking and the space was immaculate and meticulously decorated. The photos on the listing don't fully do the place justice, in my opinion. It was warm, rustic, modern and cozy. My daughter and I played almost all the games in the game closet, watched movies on the 100" screen with the fireplace creating such a cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms were huge and both bathtubs were a top-notch treat. We walked on the lovely trail out back and listened to music on the turntable from Gerald's collection of albums. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Check-in and check-out time were perfect. Many places have a 4pm check in and 10am checkout. Checking out at 11 gave us just enough time to not feel rushed. It was without doubt one of my favorite airbnb places I have stayed at over the years!

We enjoyed our stay. It was private, the view was breathtaking, quiet and restful. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again. Gerald was very responsive and we were well taken care of. Thank you for your hospitality.

Vernon, NJ is a nice place to go relax.
Overall, the unit was spacious enough but unfortunately the place had a few problems:
1) The freezer of the refrigerator did not work. Host did reimburse for all the melted ice cream that we had lost
2) The AC in the unit went bad in the middle of our trip. Temperature inside the unit reached 82+ degrees and was difficult to sleep.
Luckily during the day we were outside or in the pool, but the unit needs some additional repairs to make it a worthwhile experience. I probably won't be back.
Host was responsive and answered questions on a timely basis.

Place was beautiful and right next to Mountain Creek Bike Park. It was super clean and comfortable layout. There’s a lot of rules, so a bit strict but most of them were around not making noise and being respectful of the community and space; we were there for a family vacation so not really an issues for us. Overall great stay.

I even extended my stay another couple of days because of how peaceful and comfortable it was! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a race and Gerald's place was perfect for the weekend! Between the cozy fireplace, a great collection of classic records, and a tv projector and screen we were set !! Gerald was a great host & very quick to respond. Location was close to a variety of activities & grocery stores. We couldn't have picked a better place in the area. We will definitely be back!

Gerald’s home was lovely. We spent the weekend mostly indoors and the TV projector suited that perfectly! The home was clean and exactly as Gerry describes in his post/pictures. Would stay again!

From the moment you step in, they have a shoe rack by the front door. Their bedrooms are cozy with many pillows on the bed for extra coziness. The living room has a balcony for you to step outside & enjoy. They decorated the living room with big pillows on the couches and a big projector screen to use. The bathrooms has complementary towels, soaps, shampoos & lotion for you to use. The kitchen has kitchen ware for everything you need, baking, cooking, blender, k-cup machine. Pots, pans & everything to make you feel at home.

Gerald one of the best hosts I’ve had! So quick to communicate back, and never hesitated to help. Must book this condo!

We had a great time at Gerald's place. Enjoyed proximity to all the area has to offer in the fall. The house is really well kept - and the projector is a nice bonus!

This condo is spacious and in a nice community with huge outdoor hot tub available year round and grills within a short walk. The projector and screen are great for Netflix. Bed was clean and comfortable. Community was quiet, area has some local restaurants but not a lot of options. Access to hilking and scenic views.

Everything was great I loved the stay. So relaxing. I’m definitely coming back I can’t wait to in the winter. They have a 100 inch tv was amazing to watch movies on.

This place was really nice, clean and quiet. The place has a nice TV as well as a projector and a sound system which was great when watching movies/shows. Internet was good enough at 75mbps (for those who care) where we were able to game on our personal xbox console with no issues. Great place overall.

I stayed here for a weekend with my family and I have to tell you that Gerald has gone above and beyond to make sure his condo is in the most excellent shape! I will definitely recommend this stay to anyone!!
