Heated Pool Hot Tubs Sauna Gym Deck Mtn Front Appalachian @ Mtn Creek #224

This condo was exactly as advertised. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was well appointed. There was some humming/noise from the fridge and HVAC, but that settled within a few hours of arrival and turning the settings down a few degrees. It unfortunately rained while I stayed, so I was unable to utilize any outdoor activities. And the resort was undergoing big construction projects in the garage, making entry and exit a little challenging (Sept 2026). But nothing the hosts could do about that. This condo was comfortable for 2, but would be a little stuffy for more.

Hosts were quick to communicate, helpful and accommodating. The space was clean, neat and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

Gerry was an amazing host! Everything you would possibly need for a short stay with your family. Super comfortable. Would stay again!

Hosts were very responsive, super helpful & described exactly what I thought I would get. Renovations of the facility should be a great upgrade when complete. My only request would have been if the facility got the hot tub above 92. It was not hot enough. Thank you for a great experience.

This place is incredible!
The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. The place has absolutely everything you need, from the bathroom to the kitchen - we felt at home! The condo is beautiful, and the pools are wonderful.

We can’t wait to come back more often and stay longer. I highly recommend Gerry and Arlene! 🙂

Amazing stay

The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and charming, with a wonderful view of the mountain. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The only downside was the resort parking during this busy holiday weekend. The garage gate was left open, so event crowds took up all the spots, forcing us to park far away in an overflow lot and walk in with our luggage. The room itself is definitely a five-star stay, just be mindful of parking if you arrive during a major resort event!

Disappointed in my one night stay as the electricity went out for over four hours and there was no communication between the host and me for the first hour of it happening and barely any communication thereafter. I understand that this was not the fault of the host, but communication is key when I was quite literally trapped in the room as my car was also trapped in the garage where I couldn’t even leave to have dinner. Additionally, our location was the last to get power while an entire festival/night event was happening nearly the entire time we had no power. Lack of communication is really what killed my review.

The apartment at the Appalachian is perfect. It was located directly in the main lodge and was close to everything we wanted to do.

This was a amazing stay, I recommend it to anyone looking for a get away on a budget. It was gorgeous but make sure you do your research because there are bears around the area lol! It was amazing tho everything was great and the zip lining was so fun! Definitely recommend ! Thank you Arlene and Gerry! I will definitely be back.

Great for getaway

The location was ideal for a break from real life. Gerry & Arlene provided a zero friction / zero frustration get-away. They provide detailed information that anticipated every issue and concern. They are top notch as was the apartment.

perfect place

Second time staying at one of Gerry’s properties. This time was a different location at the Appalachian. Each time has been fantastic. Will definitely be back again. Location was perfect, and the view of the Mountain was fantastic! Thanks!!

This was a cool place to stay with the intention of our trip being to snowboard at mountain creek. Our view from the patio was the mountain with activity from people skiing or snowboarding all day. They also had a stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The hotel itself had a bar inside as well as a pool table in the lobby and 2 hot tubs, a heated pool and a sauna. We had a great time, thank you!
